    This means a problem with the fuser lamp.



    There is a bulletin on it as well.

      Last time I had this code, it was a nick on the top fusing lamp which I assume was grounding out against the chassis.

      In addition to what the previous poster suggests, check the fusing lamps from top to tail making sure that the insulation sheathing is completely intact.

      If you find a nick, stick some insulation tape over the offending area and try the copier to verify that as the cause of the fault. As mains juice goes through those cables I strongly suggest that you replace the damaged lamp.

      Customers riding the lightning means bad news in court.
