Ok, we changed all cmyk drum units approx 4 days ago. print quality was fine for 2 days and then the problem came back, strange.

I will post if our Ricoh technician solves this for us today and what he found. Thanks again

Well what are the native file types? and what is the app used to create or veiw and print the file? and what driver and version is being used?? It looks more like a rendering issue than a machine issue. also has anyone done the internal test print from printer sp modes?

If copy's also bad, replace ITB cleaner.

I have had three different mpc 4502 that have had this problem. Whicham calling a negative effect for no other reason than to give it a name. Run sp 5801-08 printer feature execute, on some I have had to do that twice. This will clear the printer feature with out lousing the IP settings.
