    PB3000 question

Hi, All. Has anyone tried using the PB3000(B800) 2 tray paper bank on a C4501? The C4501 PSG lists the PB3100, but I don't happen to have one of those at the moment. Before I break my back to find out myself, I thought I might ask first

Pin out on the Point to point are the same, show you probably won't blow anything. Part number for the PCB is different so it might not operate correctly.

I'll be surprised if I have full functionality. I will let you know if it works.

        Re: PB3000 question

I know it's a very old treat, but i'm having the same question:

An PB3040 here is installed on a mpc3001 (by another company) and it has worked well, at customer site.
When we moved this machine (and the PB3040) to our office and connect it, tray 3 & 4 is not displayed...
So, there must be a tric

        Anyone familar with this tric?

The interface connector might be damaged. Unfortunately the only way to find out is to lift the machine off the paper bank.

Mika: we have already checked the connector; there is no physical damadge...
Perhaps the trick will be to install the interface connector from the PB3100?
