There are 9 different sub codes for that error. your gonna have to be a little more specific about the whole code. Also what finisher? what have you tried? Anything specific about the job that brings about the code?

As I have posted a number of times recently for new members, find the thread where I have posted the April 2013 version of the Goose's Guide. Downloaded it to your laptop that you take with you to service calls. Use it as a trouble shooting guide. It will most likely allow you to trouble shoot and repair, or at least know what to order, on your first visit to the customer. It makes you look a lot more capable to the customer.
