Dear All, We have found MP C2003 Machine when we send the print out 20 copies machine prints only some times two copies and three copies and some prints out can be erased simply
Firmware Version 1.05

2. some times color not print as per the print image

Copy Volume 7158

Which print driver are you using? What software are you printing? What type of computer and version of OS?

Printer Driver: We tested both PCL5 and PCL6
Software: Microsoft Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, PDF
OS: Windows 7 both 32 and 64 bits

Adobe Photoshop usually works best with PostScript, but then you have to install the PS3 option. Between PCL5c and PCL6, PCL5c gives better color rendition. Hopefully you are not using PCL6 Driver for Universal Print. If you are on a slow network, you could be losing data in the job header which is where the copy count is sent. Try printing to Document Server. You can print as many copies as you wish. If you have a document that is reprinted frequently with one or two pages changed, You can print a page at a time to the Document Server and then assemble when printed from the document server. When changes are made, you only have to resend the pages that have changed. I had a realtor who did this for his flier that showed the homes he had listed. He could print them as he needed.
