Ricoh MP C2800 Scan to Email with exchange 2010 setup

Hi

I am looking to setup scan to email with exchange 2010 but unable to configure correctly.

I can enter our external hosting provider smtp ip address, user name and password in 'File Transfer' in system settings and it works fine however never setup with exchange.

Can anyone assist?

Hi,

In the MP C2800 SMTP server you must enter the IP address of the Exchange server, but in the console of Microsoft Exchange, you must allow the IP address of your MPC2800 because it is not a machine or a microsoft customer

Ask to server administrator.
