Ricoh MP161, always scan PDF and PDF compression

    hello.
when i go to scan settings and change the file type to PDF it always revert back to TIFF.
how can i change it permanently?

also, i cannot scan more than 10 pages, in other printer like Ricoh 1515 i can change PDF compression option to ON
and then i can scan more that 30. cannot find the option on the 161.

    regards.

Defaults are set in User Tools - Scanner Features - Send Settings. For additional information please refer to your General Settings Guide that should have come with the machine. If you do not have the manual, download from Ricoh-Europe.com or Operation Manuals 1 from MyRicoh.
