    MPC 3502

    Hi,
have an issue on this machine where if you use rotate sort, on large runs, copies coming out short edge first, sometimes have a dirty black mark. Dum and Dev unit have been changed, as has transfer sep roller. any ideas ?

Try a forced jam when you know a page that will come out dirty is in the paper path by opening a door at the right time. Then you can see if the dirty mark is on the page before or after the ITB or the fusing unit or wherever. An interrupt jam might help pin-point the issue or at least narrow it down.

Bump the fusing temps but 5 or 10 degrees. These machines sometimes have cold offset issues.

It could be the ITB or ITB cleaning station. If it is the trailing edge, it could be the charge HVPS.
