Hi all
small problem with n MP1100 throws up SC492. Have changed the suction motor and reset sp2973 still coming up. has anyone else had this problem, any help appreciated

try the toner pump that supplys the top of the dev unit, on the dev unit that black toner unit is fed by a pump< i had one fail at about 6 million prints so i guess your one is quite high.
