Is it jamming in the machine, the finisher, one of the LCT drawers?

What have you done so far?

When you print out an SMC report, what are the jam locations it's showing?

We should be able to narrow this down for you-just get back to the forum with what you've done and what the SMC report states. Also, are there any error codes stored?

I'm pretty familiar with this model (and trained on it) so I'm hoping I'll be able to at least point you in the right direction.
