    Ricoch C811 not recognise new toner cartridge

    Hello.

    The Ricoch Aficio SP C811DN.

    I put one new original K toner cartridge but in the lcd the message is ever "please replace the K toner".

    Some ideas?

    The new toner is original and ever used.
    The rest of toner cartidges are fine.

    Faulty toner pump / clogged k tube probably.

    A easy fix if you have the correct part.

      Hi Cipher.

      You have the instructions for replace the pump?.

      I localiced into the fusing unit compartment.

        Yep, contact your local Ricoh dealership and place a service call.

        A trained engineer should do the work and check the rest of the printer over.

        It could easily turn into a messy job or you may damage something else if you don't know what your doing.
