Do you mean that the magenta does line up with the other colors or that the machine does not recognize the magenta toner?

Right. PLUS the procedure to enter SP mode has not changed in over 15 years (Until the newest of new machines).
      Call a tech.

        Is it a MPC3300 or MPC3003?

He's given the model in the title and the question. What would make you think he has it wrong?. And who cares anyway?
Asking for instructions to enter SP mode means, he is not a tech, and has no business being handed information like that.
Its out there if he wants to search for it

I have called tecs but it seams I cant find a good one that can repair my copier
It would seam copiers need constant service so I better learn how to do that.
Can you tell me how to enter service mode?
I ment to say the magenta does not line up with the other colors.

              Not me man.
But, Do tell us what you intend to do when you get there? It's pretty darn easy to kill the machine, and I'm not giving you the bullets.

Have you tried User Tools - Maintenance - Auto Color Calibration? If this gives an error or does not correct the problem, you need an experienced tech who is familiar with this model. There are items that need to be cleaned that if you try to do so yourself, you could do further damage to the machine. There are then adjustments that have to be done that unless they have done them before, could take hours to get the machine to the pint where Auto Calibration can pull it back into alignment.

I have tried the auto color calibrate and does not change the magenta registration problem or give any errors, now when talked to the tec he said that he might be able to walk me thru the step to calibrate the magenta, I assuming he's not talking about the auto calibrate in the user tool/ Maintenance way.
Could you tell me what area needs to be cleaned?

ALSO...when you registered for these forums why not set up the region that you are in?
We have a heck of a lot of good techs here and someone just might be nearby who could service your machine.
