we have this fiery controller E-22C, no response from the machine. THE FIERY function does not appear on the HOME screen.

That's a little vague.
Have you followed the E-22C installation guide to the letter and changed all the SP modes required etc?
Also be aware the Fiery controllers can take a good 5-10 minutes to completely load up and display on the ops panel from off.- Knowledge not shared, is eventually knowledge that becomes lost... like tears in the rain.
