    mpc3000/4500 scan to win8

    Hi Guys, I have a MP C3000 /4500 that I am having problem with SMB scan with windows 8 i read that it needs new firmware. thanks!!!

          The correct firmware is Special/Custom version B2385605L_LRC0451_SDCard.zip. If you are a tech in the US, it can be obtained from TSCR or rfg-esource. Be sure to select "Special/Custom" which means that it was never used in a production run, released after production was discontinued.

              Hi there,
              the old model of Ricoh i.e. MPC4500 can not scan to folder when WIN 8 is used.
              the latest Network Support firmware version used by Ricoh is B2215605L Ver.5.20 doesn't support WIN8
              only a special version               Ver.5.20e can support WIN8.
              i'm looking for this version, do any of you have it?

                  If you are an authorized Ricoh technician with a Ricoh branch or dealer in the US, see my previous post to this thread. If you are with a Ricoh branch or dealer else where, call your Ricoh service tech support and tell them that you have a customer that needs the Special/Custom firmware to support SMB scan to folder.

                  If you are not an authorized technician, contact one.
