    Ricoh 201SPF - Dirty and Black bar print (pictures)

    All prints are like this img. Back side black bar and dirty in all sheet.
    Any ideas?

    The black band on the lead edge of the back side is from a dirty transfer roller that should be replaced. The background on the front side is most likely because the PCU needs to be replaced, either over 45K on it or you have been using after market toner and contaminated the developer. Or you have over toned the developer which you might be able to correct, but still may have to replace the PCU.

      You are, of course, correct. But then again, these are things that any respectable tech should not have to be told...
