[Misc] mpc 4000 sr 3020

have stacker folder
sr 3020
before firmware on copier update runs 1 folded set
then says remove papers from tray
remove papers message stays
update firmware
runs 4 sets then message returns and stays
have to turn off machine then can run 4 sets and
it repeats
if we do not fold message never shows up
any firmware for finisher avaialble?

Is the booklet exit tray installed ?

the little tray is installed

What firmware version is on it ? you said you have already updated ?
