We put a bridge unit and sr3140 on and its been working fine. we updated finisher and are looking for the part number for anti-condensation heaters that were refered to in other posts regarding this problem. Im having no luck finding part number or EDP code if its an option. Has anybody ordered these for the 3503 series? if so do you have a number or were you found it? Thanks

Re: MPC4503 curling and jamming with internal finisher
I have taped dehumidifier packs into each drawer.
Not a permanent fix, but it helps if the spend another dollar per case of paper.
Worth a try and cheaper than kits. Why do they call it common sense?
If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?Comment

Re: MPC4503 curling and jamming with internal finisher
They are shown on the Point to point diagram. The service manual for the MP C2003/2503 covers the installation. It gives some of the part numbers for the scanner and drum heaters. On quick scan, I did not see any numbers for the tray heaters, but they might be the same as used on older models.Comment

I do the exact same thing...when we unbox new machines I collect the large silicon gel packs and use them in machines located in humid areas.Comment
