[Error Code] PDI - Pro 1107EX - SC767-1

Morning,

Just sold a new one of these to Saudi Arabia.

The engineer doing the PDI is getting the code above.

He's checked the junction gates and staple units in the finisher but can't find a fault.

I've never PDI'd one of these models, is there any transport screws in the finisher that needs to be removed?

Any help from you knowledgeable bunch would be much appreciated.

1/ Check junction gate for obstruction and remove it
2/ Stack JG HP sensor connector loose, broken, defective
3/ Sensor defective
4/ Stack JG motor connector loose, broken, defective
5/ Motor defective
6/ Finisher main board defective
