Mpc2000/2500/3000

Have seen these 2 problems on brand new machines from the factory 3 or 4 times now over the last couple of months. Wondering if anybody else has seen these issues?

B789 ARDF missing the LL flag so when documents are passed through they are detected as the wrong size.

Main unit will not power on due to a bad IOB ribbon cable connector on the BICU.


This is the 3rd bad BICU connector and the 4th missing width detector flag.

I dunno what it is about these machines. I've had a couple of times, the 3rd and 4th trays misfeed. Unplugging and reconnecting the connectors sorts it :S
