default black color on mac instead of colour.

i had install postscript to mpc2800 and installed driver to mac latest version. my question is how can we default the printer as print black instead of color?

( similiar on windows, we can default the black on printing referrence. ) so every time we print, machine will print black intead of colour, unless we chnge manually to colour. after we restart again program, printer will automatic set to black colour.. need help urgent..

Load up the CUPS interface: Open Safari, or another web browser, and go to localhost:631 (If it says it is disabled you will need to run the command it lists), go to Administration -> Manage Printers -> click the printer name -> Select the Administation drop down -> Select Set Default Options.
