MP5200s Config link in WIM comes up with cannot load page

Hi Yall
I have 2 possibly more SP5200s at the same customer that when you try to load the config page you get "Page Cannot be loaded - server terminated connection" error varies a bit depending on browser.

The machine functions normally in all other respects other than @remote cannot be setup ... not sure why as I cant get into Config in WIM
Firmware is up to date.
tried multiple browsers and PC's.
Yes I have logged in. Actually if you don't log in config link works as it should.... ie displays info.
All other links work.

I haven't tried connecting my laptop yet.

I seem to remember there is a way to lock users out of parts of WIM but I have checked the manual and all the settings I can find are set to defaults.

Try to disable "proxy" on Preferences of your Browser, maybe proxy are enable to internal destinations also.

I have been kicked out of WIM on some models by the machine entering energy saver and by some at the machine entering User Tools.

I am unable to display the Web Image Monitor page for my device, but am able to Ping and Print to it. What can I do to fix this?



[Permit SSL/TLS Communication] may be set to [Ciphertext Only] (Allows encrypted communication only. If encryption is not possible, the device does not communicate.).
Note: [Ciphertext Only] is defaulted to when [Network Security] [Level 2] is selected in [Administrator Tools] page 3. When selecting [Ciphertext Only], a server certification is necessary for communication.

[Action]
1. Press [User Tools/Counter] key.

2. Select [System Settings].

3. Select [Interface Settings] and Press [Next] to scroll down to page 2.

4. Select [Permit SSL/TLS Communication].

5. Select [Ciphertext Priority] or [Ciphertext/Clear Text] and press [OK].

6. Press [User Tools/Counter] key to exit.
