Ok, I have a few C5502 Single Pass Adfs that are jamming with J066 and J013 codes. We know there is issue with them and even applied the bulletin 28 Mylars and removed part D5434391 Paper feeder upper guide plate entrance as instructed by ricoh. Has anyone out there come up with any other fix to these, any help would be appreciated.
