RICOH firmware 1045 $ 2035 requierd

i really need latest firmware for aficio 1045 and 2035 copier. the problem is that i live in iran and in my city there is no official technician . when i called the local technician he didn't know about firmware updates. i wanted to download them from ricoh website but there is no firmware for non authorized ricoh technicians. so anyone can help me by sending firmwares to my email account hooman.hedayatzadeh@gmail.com

You failed to give a reason for needing the firmware. If you need it to enable SMB scanning to Windows 8, it is not available for these models. 1045 only supported TWAIN scanning and Scan Router. The 2035 added scan to email but does support SMTP over SSL that most email servers now require.

im trying to solve error codes im my copiers specially sc 990. service manual always advice that update the firmware to latest .before replacing the parts. i dont use scan to email.

From the trouble shooting guide for the 2035. Applies to all 35/45 ppm models.
1. Clean the ID sensor and/or drum.
2. Replace the following, as deemed necessary:

• OPC drum
• Developer
• Cleaning blade
• Charge roller
• Charge roller cleaning roller
• LD unit

3. If any of the above actions resolved the SC, perform all of the following:

1. Execute SP3001-2 (ID Sensor Initial Setting).
2. Return SP2001-1 (Charge Roller Bias Adjustment) to its default value.
3. Return SP2103-1 to -4 (LD Power Adjustment) to their default values.
