Gestetner DSm416 was having problems scanning saying the destination list failed. So I turned off the scanrouting and went to SMP and manually put in the destination file folder. Now it will start scanning, but then stop half way through and then on the top line it says "unfinished jobs remaining" Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hit the "#" key. Either you started the scan in continuation to an unknown job that was already being attempted or you are using the exposure glass which needs you to hit the pound key after your last page to indicate end of job. Power off and on the copier so that you know there are no pre-existing scan jobs, confirm the memory is at 100% and try again using the doc feeder (no need to push #), or the exposure glass and push # after the last page is scanned.
