    Re: english language

Most Ricoh MFPs have at least 2 languages loaded, some of the newer models have more than 2. The language to be used can be toggled from User Tools. The upper right hand corner of the User Tools screen should be the toggle button. The button will be in the currently unused language. If the language you need is not shown, you will need to do a language firmware update and choose the 2 languages that you want on the machine.

Machine State DFU Destination might be incorrect. Try SP 5996-001 Destination 0=Japan, 1=North America, 2=Europe, 3=Mainland China, 4=Taiwan.

Check the setting of DIP Switch 102 on the SBCU.
        SBCU
        SW102
        Destination Bit
        __________1__2___3___4
        Japan>>> OFF OFF OFF OFF
        NA >>>>>ON OFF OFF OFF
        EU/ASIA >OFF ON OFF OFF
