    Unusual issue for me hope you can help. Problem with bypass tray. Sounds crazy but this is what happens. If you set bypass to A3 or A4 (portrait) paper stops in exit rollers, doesn't jam just stops. If you set bypass to A4 landscape paper comes out BUT image starts half way down the page so half image is missing!!. Both cassette trays work perfectly ok either A4 or A3 so definate issue with bypass but cannot make it out. (Our Ricoh guy on vacation for two weeks!!) HELP!!

      someone's set the paper size in the user tools for the bypass something other than auto detect.....................

          thats what l thought but l have tried setting it in a3 and a4 user tools however having cleared my head l will probably go back again Monday and just re-check everything. Sometimes good to to step back and leave it a while
