I have a savin 9060 service call and the issue is: BLURRY COPIES! HELP!!!

Not much information here to work with. Blurry copies could be just about anything having to do with image creation. Just do some basic image quality trouble shooting and if you cannot correct the problem, attach some samples with your next post.

Our service technician quit and im the only one here to do anything. i have no idea where to even start to try to find the problem. we are working on getting a new one but right now im all we have. WHERE TO START?

Sorry to hear that, but if you think your hands are tied... unlike us, at least you have the ability to go and actually see the copies and post back your findings.
There is really no "starting place" with the info you've provided.
Is it only copies (or printing too?)? Maybe only through the DF? Otherwise it could be a paper issue, drum problem, registration issue, or fuser. Just for starters.
As slim said it really could be just about anything based on your info

Not enough print on the example for me to make a proper diagnosis, so this could be a stupid waste of time.
Still, you might want to check the ends of the drum for damage. At least in the area of the example where the words "Please Fax To" appear it looks a little like there is excessive drum wear there.
Just a suggestion, for what it is worth.

I agree with Iowatech as to not enough print. Try attaching the PM counter printout or a page from the SCM data report that has text on most of the page. That way we can see how large an area and, if it repeats down the page, how far apart. Draw an arrow to show the direction of paper travel.

The front lip of the pcu is full of toner........... pull the dv unit and the pcu, then vac and clean,clean,clean............I've had this many times..........

Looks like drum is faulty ,bad primary charge ?
A good clean around the drum unit might work.

Did this a couple of days ago and it worked like a charm...Thanks so much to everyone for all the help!!!!
