Metis toner bottles opening the front door

Hi everybody

we have a Metis m/c mpc4503 in which the magenta toner bottle is popping out with such force that the front door is opening.
Now i remember i have seen an rtb about that but icant find it not in my-ricoh or the database.
May be was apost in Copytechnet idont remember.
Anyone with a better memory or seen this problem.

Not seen that one but had two where the cap comes off the front of the bottle and stays in the machine. That's fun.
