Pro 1107ex faint prints after PM?

Evening all,

Did a full PM last week on 1107 & 1357.

The 1107 has started printing very faint.

VSP is 5.0

It's picking up SC406. I've ordered a new TD sensor.

It wasn't printing faint before the PM though, so I'm not sure it will fix it.

It's also logged one SC305.

Going back there tomorrow and was after some inspiration.

All pumps/tubes and motors have been changed. Along with dev/drum and charges.

SAC 406 is ID sensor pattern error. Coupled with low copy density I would check for a dirty ID sensor. Also check for a dirty drum unit connector, though that will usually cause a Photo Conductor Unit not set correctly message.

SC 305 has to do with the charge corona cleaner. Generally it means that the charge corona cleaner either did not reach the rear and reverse in the allotted amount or did not return to the front in the allotted time.

Sorry for the delay.

This turned out to be the lower hopper motor wasn't turning often enough.

All good now
