Help having major problems with Ricoh MPC5501 showing sc582 then sc548 which blows the IH coil unit, any ideas?

Not sure about this model, but on the B222 series, the sirroco cooling fan blades would desintigrate and would eventually lead to a blown IH coil, which is a real pain to replace.NEVER ASSUME ANYTHINGComment

I've got a MPC5000 with SC582 - we already replaced the fuser, the coil, the inverter, the iob and the bicu. After a couple of weeks the error is back.
I'm looking for unusual causes, and I'm wondering if this fan could be it.
