[Misc] Lanier MP4002 Loud Noise

I'm working on MP4002, getting Loud Noise from the internal tray exit. it seems to be coming from the PAPER EXIT SECTION OR TRANSFER UNIT (BELT)? Anyone have this problem or suggestions?

i take it that this machine has a bridge unit because you are saying internal exit, what i have found is that the white plastic guide rollers at the exit need to be greased in their holding plates, on nearly all the new 02 and 03 models you have to do this, along with the bottom rollers in the side door
