This is one of the areas where the PCL mini driver, Generic PCL driver, or the Universal driver might be helpful. I was once able to allow a customer with Windows 7/64 to be able to print to an old Ricoh using the Universal driver. Either an Aficio 220 or Aficio 1022. He didn't do a lot of printing, but he was the owner of the business and was no reason to junk the machine while it was still running.
