    MP 3350 SC 878-01 please help!!!!

      No, go away. If you were a qualified engineer you would have access to all firmwares.

              Hi!!! probably you must change the controller. Turning off the machine with the wrong procedure causes this code and the controller failure!!!

                      At least you got the word correct this time. Fireware is what firemen wear to protect themselves. Now can you give a detailed explanation of why you think you need firmware. Also let us know the current level of firmware on the machine you are working. Bur first fill in all the information for you profile so that we can know what part of the world you live in and then refer you to an authorized Ricoh service provider near you.
