RICOH MP 3053 creasing when duplex

Hi All,
has anyone else seen this?
Creasing when duplexing, engineer has tried, new paper, thicker paper, better quality paper, adjusted fuser temperature settings, adjust guides and update firmware.
or
Does anyone knows if this fuser is used in another model, maybe a printer version.
The printers consumables are usually cheaper
I know there are a few drum compatibility resolves across the Ricoh range, wondered if it was possible with this fuser.

How many copies has the fuser done and has he tried the basic stuff like changing the press roller and hot roller? Also a few more details about the crease would help, is it from lead edge to trailing edge or across the page? is it a sharp crease or has random wobbly edge?

If it only creasing the paper when duplexing, I would look at the duplex unit not the fusing unit.

Check the set of rollers on the outside of the fuser unit that match up to duplex rollers, sometimes the bushing one one end will get popped in causing uneven pressure . I've seen this a few times. Check any other spring loaded pressure rollers in the duplex path.

3. Set the Envelope levers on the fusing unit in
the envelope feeding mode.
4. Set the following SP mode settings:
SP 1105-001 ----> 155
SP 1105-002 ----> 160
SP 1105-003 ----> 155
SP 1105-004 ----> 160
SP 1105-020 ----> 1
SP 1105-021 ----> 1
SP 1105-033 ----> 1
SP 1105-036 ----> 0
SP 1105-037 ----> 30

Good Call DUCK TAPE just had that fault on MPC4001 one bushing out on one side
