    SD Card Authentication Fail in MP4000B

    Hi !

    I encounter some problem of MP4000B.

    I was install a new SD Card printer scanner for MP4000B by adding feature to my customer.

    But it show " SD Card Authentication Fail "

    I had clear all memory and format HDD but still come with same problem.

    I had try the SD Card by others MP4000B copier and it show the SD Card no problem at all.

    May i know what is the problem ?

    Is it firmware issue or other issue?

          Hi ! Yes, you are right ...
          Is firmware problem. I had update to 1.14 and it work.
