MPC2003ZSP Won't Wake Up

We have newly installed MPC2003ZSP, it won't wake up when in power save mode and you want to make a copy or print. The display just total balckout though it will print. We updated all the firmware and changed all the boards at the back of the machine but still not ok. Does anyone have experience like this? Thanks in advance.

Hi there!
Update 1. the package FW, then check with the module-FW: 2. update the FW for the cheetah-controller. Normaly this will solve the problem.

Check the power save sub system,it should be F.18
