Good morning guys i have a client asking me about the diffrences between this two OEM codes TYPE 24 developers he says that
RICOH it shelf told him, that the B0649645 its not an original developer, he is driving mad!!!!!
I beleive RICOH is telling him A bunch of lies just to make sure he is buying from them and not any other company!!
What do you thing?

if i remember correctly the 9640 is for US markets and the 9645 is for Europe, same powder tho

I just to clarify that the b064 9645 is for north America and the 9640 is for Europe. 9640 will create toner dust if replace.
