I need a tech to tell me the proper way to rotate the drum while inside the machine so I can perform pressure release solenoid adjustment

You do it from the back of the machine with the power off. Follow the steps shown in the service manual. Otherwise you are going to either damage the machine or injure yourself. Of course if you are an end user trying to save a few bucks, either occurrence will teach you the error of your ways.
