[Misc] Ricoh MP C5000 / Lanier LD550C

Hello everyone.

I just had a question regarding the Ricoh MP C5000 unit. Does anyone know if they ever released a network support firmware that is capable of scanning to a Windows 8 / Windows Server 2012 R2 SMB share?

We have a customer that just recently upgraded their server and, of course, now they are having scan to SMB issues.

If you guys have any info for me, it is greatly appreciated.

You will need Network Support v8.33 and System/Copy v2.01 or greater, to scan to Windows 8 etc.
