    [Error Code] -12006 @remote error

    Hi All,

We have a client whose @remote pops -12006 error code at Sp5816-208.

Have any of you come across this? We seem to think its proxy related

Error -12006 means a confirmation request was made after the confirmation was already completed, the solution is to execute registration.

Have you set up many @remotes?

If you are setting it up from the device (not WIM) then enter the request number in SP5816-202, execute SP5816-203, wait for SP5816-204 to change to 0 (this confirms communication with the @remote server), execute SP5816-206, wait for SP5816-207 to change to 0 (this confirms registration). You can check that it has completed correctly by checking SP5816-201, it should read 2.

If you had a proxy related problem then SP5816-204 would change to 3 or 4, in which case proxy details would need to be entered into SP5816-63/64/65/66

      Thanks for your reply Debs

Will relay to our team, we have done numerous @remotes and one of the guys had this question - which I thought was a good one to ask CTN Forum
