    [Misc] Unable to edge print

Well I am new here and after calling for service twice and getting nowhere I would love someone who knows about how to handle my little issue.
It has a bit of a back story but I prefer to give as much info as possible.
I have at the store I work at a Ricoh SP C811DN printer. http://www.ricoh-usa.com/products/do...s/spc811dn.pdf
About a month ago it locked up and said we needed to call for a technician, I was still able to get the printer to start printing but the colors were out of alignment and I was unable to get the color registration to run.
So I contact a local service company and they send a Tech out (that has no knowledge of my printer so he spends the entire time on a call with someone else) and he says it looks like my fuser and all of my my PCUs have failed and need to be replaced.
So I order all 3 color replacements and the black PCU, get in a new fuser, install everything and guess what happens? The exact same thing still is happening to the unit, I can get it to print out the color and black copies, but when the color prints well it refuses to line up, and I still can't run the color registration.
I make another call to the company and they send the exact same tech out he now tells me that the counts in the system need to be reset because it is not doing it automatically so it is unable to detect the new PCU and fusers that we have installed. So he goes in and resets the counts within the system manually and manages to get the system printing. We run color registration and everything looks like it is printing fine.
I was ecstatic to have my main printer in the store back up.
Well he left and of course he forgot to mention to me that they were going to charge me for the second visit because he had been wrong about what the issue was the first time because it clearly had more things then failing PCU and fuser in the unit.
He also failed to mention that in the time of him trying to fix my printer he had reset the entire unit. And I mean reset the entire unit, I had to reassign IP address and setup what was in each of the trays, basically everything.

This brings me to my new issue now, which is actually where I am stuck at.
If you look at the next couple of photos you can see the tag paper we use at my store and have used for the last 5 years without issue.
In the top of this photo you can see how the tags should look, we have always been able to get the printer to print to very edge of the page without any issues, but if you look the bottom tag you can clearly see how the left edge of the tag refuses to print all of the way over. This is happening to all of my paper but most items use a border and you don't notice it but with my tags it is creating an issue. I did find in the unit that there was an option for edge printing and it was set to off but turning it on made no difference to any of my prints.

Now here is a better photo of the actual full tag sheet that we use when we print tags. (you can kinda see the failed left edge printing)

And here is how we have always loaded the paper into the bypass tray of the unit. (the long blank edge leads into the printer)

I have tried looking in the regular manual and it shows where there is an option under color registration to run an adjustment to fix the edges of the unit, but I do not have an adjust option under Color registration within the printer. I do not know if it is something removed by the reset or a possible firmware issue.
I am kinda upset with the service company and I would prefer not to deal with them anymore.
If anyone has any ideas or advice that I could look into for the printer that would be great. I can try just about anything at this point my boss tells me.
I realize this has been a long post but I thank you for your time reading it.

    Re: Unable to edge print

The edges have to be modified in service mode and a tech should be able to modify them. The fact that he has reset anything means that he has defaulted all the settings. Does he entered some settings from the birth certificate under the front door? Anyway it seems that you need a real tech to help you. Check also the settings in the admin tools -> system sertings ->erase margins. You can play a bit with them to find out if they help
