Ricoh MP 7000 printer scanner SD CARD

Help out here guys!!! I changed my clients machines and took back a Ricoh MP 7000 and i am trying to fix it, i have a feeling he mess around with the machine!!! The machine turns on allright but it does not open the printer button but the scanner works allright, i can print the printer configuration page, change the ip from system settings, have communication with the web page, but the printer button does not work, also no printing from the computer....
can you tell me whats the right sd card for this machine, is it the B8411217 type 7500, or another card!! because i thing its the sd card!!!!
whats your opinion??

No printer feature also no printer SP but the scanner button and feature works!!!!!!!!!!!

Problem solved went to his copy shop he had there a MP 7500 with a SD card TYPE 8000 after a long chat he changed the sd card cause the MP 7000 had a newer software than the MP 7500 , the weird thing is that the MP 7500 was working fine with the wrong SD CARD (TYPE 8000)..
I lost 3 hours of my life trying to fix a machine for nothing!!!!!!!!!!
