AB Dick 6770

I am still working on repairing the AB Dick 6770 digital duplicator. Doesn't appear to be anyone local to fix it. I have tried several things as advised but now I get an E6 error which is an unknown speed error.
I am assuming it is a timing thing.
I can't do anything now.
Anyone familiar with this machine. I am an hour from St. Louis in Illinois.

This is what the error code shows:

E-06 The drum rotation sensor detects
an incorrect motor speed.
1) Drum lock

2) No power supply


I am surprised that a Ricoh/Savin/Gestetner dealer cannot fix this. I wouldn't call it in as an AB Dick but as the Ricoh equivalent # to the dealer. Maybe the AB Dick thing is scaring them away.
