Dear Sirs, we have searched for the part number for the HDD sata and power connector from the parts catalog but unfortunately the parts was not there.
Could anybody help us for this. Thank you in advance.

There's nothing special about the HDD or the cables. Buy them from any computer store or borrow them from any pc. Ricoh will charge 2 or 3 times more and you'll be waiting at least a week for the parts to arrive.

you can use the power and sata cable from PC.
