What causes the @remote to fail on the machines? I get error messages like "Supply order failed -Yellow". Is there a way to fix the problem without having to create a new request number?

Incorrect Interface Settings, firewall on customers site, firewall on ISP, router down, missing proxy settings, machine unplugged from network, ISP down, Japanese server down, and incorrect @Remote registration. In order of occurance; all I've seen. -
