    Ricoh GXE 770 Sublimation Printer

Does anyone work on these. I have a friend who uses one and has a code, 990 I think, that makes me think it needs a printhead. Can't find a parts source. Any info would be helpful, Thanks

990 is usually the maintenance unit (J0170413). Don't expect this thing to last too long as a dye sub printer, especially if it's running Sawgrass ink. It dissolves the metal parts of the print heads. Sawgrass were offering replacement printers FOC at one point.

It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Hit it.
