    Ricoh Aficio MP 8001 error SC 990

    I am looking for the latest firmware for the Ricoh Aficio MP8001. Intermittently it will kick out an SC 990 error when scanning. Thanks in Advance

      I take it that you are not an authorized Ricoh service tech. If you were you would be able to download it yourself. We do not make it a practice of taking work away from other qualified techs by providing firmware or manuals to those who have built up rep point by helping others in the consortium. Call a local authorized Ricoh/Savin/Lanier dealer and have them come out and update your firmware to the latest version.
