[Error Code] Ricoh C6000 error code SC-413?

First time on. I have a Ricoh C6000, runs for awhile then it will stop and I have to re-start from screen. I look in SC history I'm getting an SC-413, I know it has something to do with the yellow ID sensor. Has anyone seen this and what did you do. Thanks.

    Hi

Have you cleaned the sensor, I tend to take it out and blow it as dust can cause silly errors.

Agreed. Strip and vac all units including ITB. Check PM life on ALL parts and replace if required. Don't skimp on the service time or parts on these things, they work a hell of a lot better if they are maintained correctly.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

Change SP5875-001 to 1 and the C6000 will display the SC code instead of the reboot option.
