Print from iPhone to Ricoh MP C5502

How can you print emails from an iPhone to a Ricoh MP C5502. The MP C5502 shows up in the Air Print Printers menu when you select it it says cmmunicating with printer acts as it is printing then give the message "Printer is almost out of Paper" paper trays are all full. No Print Job ever comes out of the printer.
When you do a copy and print clipboard only the body of the email is printed.

Best way is to use an app. I use Print&Scan ( which is actually a Ricoh app) or Documents (by Readdle). I find I have better success and less issues with the Ricoh app though.

The Ricoh Smart Device Print & Scan does not print emails all you can do is do a Select all > Copy> and Print Clipboard in the SD Print Scan App. This only prints the body of the email not the to and from portion which is needed. The only other solution is save as a PDF. and then print...

I have only experimented a little bit with these apps, and with limited devices - and only on Android.
Yes, the Ricoh app seems to work well, but not so much for email.
I also have printershare premium which works quite well. It is a paid app, but only a few dollars.
I can't recall how much the free version actually lets you do, but The "Premium" version definitely prints the sender and recipient's names, and generally works better with email imo.
If memory serves me, there are only selected Ricoh devices listed. I've always just selected a similar one for testing

        good luck!
