Hi,
We have a school system with a mix of MP6002s and MPC7502s, 7 machines in all.
They are all equipped with CAP and GlobalScan Serverless.
While some do it far more than others, all of then periodically throw SC 230 errors.
Thiis is normally a communication error between the controller and BICU boards, but not on 7 machines.
Goose's Guide suggests all kinds of other potential problems, such as power supplies or HDDs, but again, not on 7 machines.
I've asked the assigned tech to put a wall voltage monitor on the most troubled machines for a week or so, to see if that's the culprit.
I'm also wondering if CAP and GlobalScan may not place nice together.
The machines went in only a day or two before the applications got installed, so it's not like they ran properly for any length of time before the problem appeared.
I've been through the tech bulletins, including all the problems that have been fixed by each iteration of Java. Nothin'.
Anyone ever seen this?
Thanks!
